The eNotaryID electronic notarization solution holds a software copyright registration certificate issued by the Copyright Office of Vietnam – Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

eNotaryID is built and developed in line with current Vietnamese law on notarization and electronic transactions, including:
- Law on Notarization 2024
- Decree 104/2025/ND-CP guiding the implementation of the Law on Notarization
- Circular 05/2025/TT-BTP of the Ministry of Justice
